Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. What We Deliver & Where

Bakery Products (Cakes & Fresh Items)
Fresh cakes and bakery items are available for delivery within Hyderabad only, or for pickup from our store at Madhapur Road, Jubilee Hills.

We strongly encourage store pickup for all bakery orders. Fresh cakes are delicate, and because we use third-party delivery partners, we cannot guarantee how your order will be handled in transit. Pickup eliminates this risk entirely.

Home delivery is available for customers who prefer it — however, please be aware that Floof & Co. is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.

All Other Products (Clothing, Accessories, Treats & Retail)
Selected non-perishable products — including pet clothing, accessories, treats, hampers, and retail items — are available for pan-India shipping as well as Hyderabad delivery.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery is an additional convenience service. Charges apply to all orders regardless of product type or delivery location.

Hyderabad Delivery: The exact charge depends on your location and will be confirmed before payment.

Pan-India Shipping: Charges vary based on package weight, product type, and destination. The applicable charge will be confirmed at checkout before payment is processed.

3. Delivery Timelines

We do not guarantee specific delivery times. For same-day bakery orders, please allow a preparation window of approximately 3–4 hours, subject to product availability and slot.

4. Urgent Bakery Orders After 8 PM

Urgent bakery orders placed after 8 PM may be accommodated subject to team availability. An additional urgent preparation charge of ₹300 applies. Delivery feasibility and charges will be confirmed separately by our team.

5. Order Pickup

Customers may pick up eligible orders directly from our store at Madhapur Road, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Pickup is strongly recommended for all bakery items.

6. Damage During Transit

Floof & Co. uses third-party delivery partners and is not responsible for damage to orders that occurs during transit. This is why we encourage pickup, particularly for fresh cakes.
